installation professional. Based in the heart of the Rocky Mountains (Centennial, CO), we have a nationwide distribution
network to provide easy access to each of our products.  We offer a wide range of access control systems, including
telephone entry, intercoms, card readers, keypads and even simple to use multi-unit PC based systems
American Access System 11-3500s or 11-6500s
The American Access Systems, Inc. line of StandAlone Touchplate card readers combine the latest in touch
plate technology with the ease of non PC programming.
Each post mount StandAlone Touchplate unit features a a high grade stainless steel faceplate with heavy metal,
powder coated enclosure. Mounted in the face plate is a SecuraKey touch plate reader with the controller
board safely mounted inside the enclosure. Also available is the surface mount model, constructed of durable
Lexan for years of trouble free entry.
With two models of StandAlone Touchplate readers to choose from, AAS has the perfect unit for almost every
situation. If a simple system with no audit trail, remote slave or PC programming is called for, then the 11-3500
is perfect. However, if more is required of the reader, then choose the 11-65000. With a 1000 transaction
memory buffer that can be printed out on an RS-232 serial port printer (AAS #21-045 or #21-047), this unit will
report time, date, card number entered, relay activated and valid / invalid card. The 11-65000 can also hook to a
PC for programming and audit capabilities using SK-Net, a full featured Windows software. In addition, this unit
allows an additional “slave” touch plate reader (model # 11-000) to be
wired to it, making it the ideal product for an entry / exit application or where two touch plate readers are
needed.
The AAS line of StandAlone Touch Plate card readers
combine the latest in touch plate technology with
the option of PC or non-PC programming.
The surface mount readers are constructed of
durable Lexan material for years of trouble free entry
There are two models of StandAlone Touch Plate to
choose from: the 11-3500smp which has no PC
programming, audit trail or remote slave capability,
or the
11-65000smp, which features all three of these
options.  Both models are stand alone units, which
mean they don't require an additional controller.
