| Linear AM-CRI Card Reader The AM-CRI card reader interface is designed for use with Linear's access control systems. The interface will support one or two 26-bit or 31-bit Wiegand input devices. If the readers used have a hold or buffer connection, two readers may be used to the AM-CRI. If the readers do not have a hold or buffer connection, one reader may be used with the AM-CRI. Usually mounted near the readers, the AM-CRI interface connects to the control unit through a PBUS cable. Each reader connects to the AM-CRI through a six-wire (one LED in reader) or seven wire (two LEDs in reader) cable. Features For equipping a Linear access control system with one or two Wiegand devices Card Reader Interface can be used with up to two 26 or 31-Bit Wiegand input devices Power is supplied by system controller or external source for locally powered readers 4.45" W x 5.75" H x 1.5" D Product Number: ACP00717 • For equipping a Linear access control system with one or two Wiegand devices. • Card reader interface can be used with up to two 26 or 31-bit Wiegand input devices. • Power is supplied by system controller or external source for locally powered readers. To use AM-SR swipe card readers or a variety of other Wiegand devices in a Linear access control system, the AM-CRI card reader interface is required. | Linear AM-RPR Remote Proximity Receiver The Model AM-RPR Remote Proximity Receiver is designed for use with Linear access control systems. The AM-RPR functions as a remote device that supplies localized radio reception. In a typical installation, the AM-RPR would be mounted in a plastic single-gang electrical box next to the controlled opening. When the user requires access, their transmitter must be activated within three inches of the AM-RPR faceplate. The ultra-short range of the AM-RPR allows placement of a unit by each controlled opening without the possibility of the transmitter being detected by the wrong receiver. A two-color indicator on the AM-RPR faceplate displays the receiver's status. The indicator lights red when the receiver is getting DC power from the system and turns green when access is granted to a transmitter. Features Convenient, cost-effective, and reliable form of door or entrance control 2-to-3-inch radio transmitter read range Compatible with Linear radio-based access control systems 2-color status LED indicates "power on" and "access granted" Installs in a single-gang electrical box Prevents transmitter from being detected by wrong receiver 2.7" W x 4.5" H x 2" D Product Number: ACP00560 |
